The Clubhouse is a multifunctional facility used for education, meetings and social events throughout the year. Members, along with their families and guests, can use the deck and clubhouse grills for picnicking and relaxing.

The use and rental of the club for social functions

The by-laws state that the club is available for social functions. Members renting the club must be members for at least six months and in good standing. They may rent the club for their own social functions concerned with members of their immediate families, but not as sponsors for other organizations to which they belong.

• Dates for the rental of the club for private parties are from NOVEMBER 1 TO MAY 15.
• In the summer time groups limited to fifteen in number may use the clubhouse at any time without exclusive reservations. The club will be open to the general membership at the same time. Larger groups are requested to reserve the club on an exclusive basis.
• The club has a fire place (bring your own wood), stereo & TV, furniture must be put back in It's proper place after being used.
• The Kitchen has an eight-burner stove, double oven and grill. A refrigerator is also available
• Under the sink you will find plastic bags to replace the one's used in the refuse containers.
• The club must be cleaned and left in the same condition that it was found. This work must be completed by the hosting party and done on the date of the function.
• Application for the use of the club, which lists the official rules and regulations, must be obtained from House Chairman Bill Sherwood at 203 637 1211.
